cake suitable for 130 – 200 people. Cheeses from the base up:- Winchester Mature, Dorset Blue Vinney, Barkham Blue, Stoney Cross Baby, Tunworth and a Rosary Goats cheese button on top. Again extra cheese is supplied of the Tunworth and Rosary. It is decorated to follow the theme of the wedding in largely green only. |

The bespoke shape can only be provided when we have a long period of notice for your order as the cheese has to be made in a special mould and matured. |

| These two cheese cakes have been done for the benifit of an audience at the British Cheese awards, and are quit simplistic, but again reflect the time of year, with the tomatoes and wheat. |
