Assistant Cheesemaker/Packer

Due to the growth of our business at Lyburn Cheese we have a vacancy for a trainee Cheesemaker/packer. The duties will include assisting in the making of cheese and all related aspects of cheesemaking, responsibility for much of the packing and some Farmers Markets at the weekend. The applicant will, ideally, have had some experience in the food industry, or food technology qualification. You would be working with a small team making a high quality, artisan product, and further training will be available alongside the existing cheesemaker Paul.
