New Brine Tank
We have just installed a new, bigger brine tank, made by Barvick Engineering Henstrige
Hopefully this will give us more control over the amount of salt we use and a more consistent product. Really please with it.
The Traitors. We love the traitors, we have watched all the series, hosted by Claudia, who does a wonderful job in hosting the show and keeping all the balls in the air and not dropping any, which could be so easy to do. Rachel and Stephen did a magnificent job in portraying the Traitors, particularly Stephen, who with no particular difficulty managed to blend into the background, undetected. The dagger was nice new twist, and led to more confusion, however Claudia put it to good use by popping into the kitchen, to ‘Cut some Cheese’, well done, that’s getting your priorities right. Rumour has it, it was a nice chunk of Isle Of Mull cheddar, and a chunk of St Andrew’s, both Faithful.
But, you do need to remember, it is a game, ‘JUST a game’.
The Traitors. Episode two. We did not enjoy the unedifying spectacle of Robert Jendrick and his partner in crime Suella Braverman abandoning the party they had been elected to represent, and having done that, set about the trashing the party that they had been key players in. The language used by Braverman, was in my opinion despicable as she engaged with Nigel Farage at the big reveal. To say that they deserve one another is an understatement. They have made wonderful Traitors, but for all the wrong reasons.
Remember, this is NOT a game, this is for real, this is people’s lives you play with, with your unacceptable rhetoric.
Musk. Customers in general wonder why we don’t use social media, despite
having accounts. The day Mr Musk bought Twitter, I gave up and took the view that this man was out of control, quite apart from all the time you can waste just scrolling, I just don’t have the time and a lot of it is toxic. That said his Starlink is an excellent piece of kit, and we have, like most farms, have no fibre connection, and we would be lost without it. However, fibre is probably 6 months away and is being laid by Wessex Internet. We must then make a decision as to what we do. Do we stick with Starlink, or do we move to local fibre. I have not been impressed by the behaviour of Mr Musk in recent times; you never know what he is going to do or say.
