The Wilton Hunt
The man is mad, completely mad. In recent months we have seen the Lawyer from Lewisham and his party lurch from one U turn, or even correction if you want to call it that, to another, simply because he and she are completely out of touch with their electorate.
You would think he and she would just want a bit of peace and quiet, so they could get on and do the important things, when it comes to running the country, like the economy. But no; no chance, he now picks a fight with the entire of the countryside. Trail hunting involves hundreds and thousands of country people, from little girls on their tiny ponies, to companies that make horse boxes, and farmers who have diversified into making ‘haylage’, not that the lawyer will know what that is. The countryside is already fired up, and fortunately not had time to put their banners away, and those Labour MP’s in those countryside seats, who thought that they could rest easy after the Christmas U turn must be holding their heads in their hands in disbelief. If the Lawyer thought he had a fight with the farmers, you just wait until he has to deal with those little girls on their ponies!!! On Boxing Day, hunt supporters turned out in their thousands in support of the countryside, this has nothing to do with foxes, this is all spite.

The next issue is fly tipping. This has progressively become worse in the last couple of years and we are having to deal with the issue on a monthly basis. The residue, if that is what you want to call it, ranges from used Cannabis plants, roughly 120, cable stripping’s of some substance, to builders waste and domestic waste. The problem for us is that we have no end of suitable gateways and in the dead of night we have to endure this criminal activity, and have to clear it up, and on some occasions with the help of the council, and it only going to get worse
