September, and lots going on as always. Milk supplies have now taken a huge dive in August, down 14% on last year,mainly due the the summer weather, low price, and poor quality food. Now a huge price turnaround, the country is now running short of milk, ‘Chickens coming home to roost’ comes to mind.

The instruction was a local cheese buffet for 400 guests, so that is what we did. There were a number of food and drink stations positioned around the new walled garden, the weather was kind and we all had an unforgettable evening.
