Another year goes by and another British Cheese Awards, in Cardiff, is with us and so quickly gone again. For Lyburn some very good results.
Old Winchester continues to impress and was a Gold in the British Modern Class. Bronze in the Export class. With distribution across the whole of the UK now,Old Winchester is available for everybody, as supplies are much better than they were a year ago.

Lyburn Lightly Oak Smoked, has in the past delivered silver medals, and now for the first time delivered a Gold. We have changed the smoker, changed the make, and now get this lovely delicate smoke, and the colour of the rind is perfect, really pleased with this result.
