Pony Club comes to Lyburn Farm. This picture was taken when it was still dry and we were short of rain early August, then it all changed and rained continually. Here we have Julia Smales riding Rio in the jumping class, and believe it or not Julia is in charge.
Ground now very wet, nights cooling down, maize harvest going to be late as will the pumpkin crop. Fortunately no wheat or barley to cut. Old Winchester is ripening on having made plenty, sorry to those of you that are short, but it is on the way.
