A visit to La Fromagerie, just before Christmas produced this fantastic cheese board for lunch. That was a real treat, good to see you all.
Already two weeks into the new year, quieter at this time of the year, short of Stoney Cross, Smoked and Garlic and Nettle, so a real effort need to build stocks up. Sales were up about 10% last year and another 10% would be nice in 2018 but maybe a little optimistic.
