The end of another year and the Apprentice. You either love it or loath it, and we love it. There are always lessons to be learnt and we look for tenuous links with cheese. This year the link is a little closer to home as we have been supplying Yasminas restaurant with cheese for the last year or so. Well done Yasmina.
